Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with a valid driver’s license to oversee daily vehicle transport, monitor field operations, and ensure smooth site execution in Uzbekistan. This role acts as the vital link between management and local ground teams.
The role
The vital link between management and the ground
Every day, vehicles move from yards to unloading sites across Tashkent. Your job is to keep that flow visible, accurate and on schedule — tracking every dispatch, coordinating every crew, and making sure the paperwork matches the metal.

Your daily loop, start to finish
Five connected stages keep the operation moving — from first dispatch in the morning to the last report at the end of the day.
Transportation & Field Tracking
- Monitor daily vehicle dispatches and arrivals
- Update transport statuses in real time
- Handle on-site operational exceptions as they occur
On-Site Coordination
- Communicate daily with local transport carriers, truck drivers, vehicle yards and unloading crews
- Keep operations running smoothly from yard to unloading point
Data & VIN Reconciliation
- Record, double-check and archive vehicle data, VINs, customs documentation and unloading records
- High accuracy is non-negotiable — every record must match the vehicle
Damage Inspection & Archiving
- Collect and document photos / videos of damaged vehicles in a timely manner
- Manage the archive and prepare evidence for official reporting
Logistics Reporting
- Update daily operational dashboards and maintain Excel tracking lists
- Deliver regular progress updates to management
Requirements
What we’re looking for
Some requirements are mandatory to hit the ground running — others are strengths we’d love to see.
Driving & Transport
A valid driver’s license and driving ability are mandatory for site visits around Tashkent and its surrounding yards. Owning your own car is not required — it’s a plus.
English — Fluent
Fluent written & spoken English for team reporting and management communication.
Russian or Uzbek — Fluent
Fluent Russian or Uzbek for daily communication with local drivers, yard workers and logistics partners.
Chinese / Mandarin
Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage for seamless communication with Chinese HQ and suppliers.
Data Proficiency
Proficient in MS Excel — data entry, record matching and tracking logs.
Core Competencies
Detail-oriented, a quick learner, and able to work effectively in a dynamic field environment.
Experience
Prior experience in logistics, transport management or warehouse operations is preferred — but motivated candidates with strong communication skills and a quick-learning mindset are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
What we offer
A clear salary, fixed working hours and a transport allowance so you can focus on keeping operations moving.
Monthly salary
Around 8,000,000 UZS per month, based on experience and capability.
Working hours
Monday to Saturday, 9:00 – 17:30, with Sundays off.
Transport allowance
A transport allowance supports travel to sites and yards.
